• Create a menu out of individual words:

• Create a menu for picking a file or folder from the current directory:

• Create a menu from a Bash array:

{{fruits}}=({{apple}} {{orange}} {{pear}} {{banana}}); select {{word}} in ${{{fruits}}[@]}; do echo ${{word}}; done
