• Run a test plan in nongui mode using a specific proxy:

jmeter --nongui --testfile {{path/to/file}}.jmx --proxyHost {{127.0.0.1}} --proxyPort {{8888}}

• Run a test plan in nongui mode using a specific JMeter property:
