• Compress a file:

ect {{filename.png}}

• Compress a file with the highest compression level and multithreading:

ect -9 --mt-deflate {{filename.png}}

• Compress all the files in a directory recursively, keeping the original modification time:

ect -keep -recurse {{directory}}
