• Create anomaly monitor:

• Create anomaly subscription:

aws ce create-anomaly-subscription --subscription {{subscription_name}} --monitor-arn {{monitor_arn}} --subscribers {{subscribers}}

• Get anomalies:

• Get cost and usage:
